The number of samples of milk purchased was 539, of which 523 were genuine,
and 10, or 3.0 per cent. were adulterated. In addition to this number, 4 informal
samples were submitted to the Public Analyst and one sample from another
Borough, taken under the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915.
