The public are therefore earnestly requested to refrain from
feeding stray pigeons as this undoubtedly leads to an increase in
their numbers.

Rag Flock Acts, 1911 and 1928.
These Acts prohibit the sale or use, for the purpose of making
any article of upholstery, cushions or bedding, of unclean flock manufactured
from rags.
There are no premises in the Borough on which rag flock is
manufactured, used or sold.
Health Education.
Leaflets are published by the Borough Council on the following
subjects:—
"Advice to Expectant Mothers."
"How to rear a Baby."
"Tuberculosis."
"Cancer."
Copies of these leaflets are available at the Offices of the Public
Health Department, and at all Public Libraries in the Borough.
