Infantile Mortality.
During 1932, 53 infants under one year of age died, the infantile
death rate was 54 per 1,000 live births as compared with the rate of
61 in 1931.

Deaths of Young Children.
During 1932, 66 deaths occurred of children under 5 years of age.
This is equivalent to a rate of 13.3 per 1,000 live children born in that
and the four preceding years.
Maternal Deaths.
During the year 1932, the number ot women dying in, or in consequence of, child-birth was as follows:—
