Registration of Dairy Premises and Dairymen.
In the case of one application for registration under the Milk and
Dairies Acts and the Milk and Dairies Order, 1926, I was of the
opinion that the premises were not suitable for the storage and bottling
of milk. The Council accordingly resolved that a notice should be
served upon the applicant under Section 2 of the Milk and Dairies
(Amendment) Act, 1922, to appear before the Public Health Committee
to show cause why the Council should not refuse to register
