Finally my very sincere thanks are due to all the staff in the Health, Welfare and
Children's Services for their enthusiastic contributions in their various capacities to the work of
the three Services. May I pay particular tribute to the Welfare Officer and the Children's Officer
for their co-operation, as well as to all the Senior Officers in the Social Services.
