Deaths from the Seven Principal Zymotic Diseases.—
The total number of deaths of residents registered from
the seven principal zymotic diseases was 74 against 38 in
the previous year. The deaths of residents last year from
these diseases were equal to 48.2 per 1,000 of the total
deaths of residents registered and were at the rate of
0.5 deaths per 1,000 persons living.
