Milk.
During the year 347 samples of milk were examined and
of these, 294 were reported as genuine, 39 as inferior and
14 as adulterated, thirty of the inferior samples were
poor in fat, 1 in non-fatty solids, and 8 in both fat and
non-fatty solids. Particulars of the adulterated milks are
given in Table III.
