Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924.
The Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924, came
into operation on the 1st day of April, 1925.
The provision of these Regulations, regarding the giving
of notice to the local authority of the times of
slaughter, has enabled arrangements to be made for the
inspection of all carcases of animals slaughtered in the
local slaughterhouses.
I append the number of animals slaughtered and
examined in the slaughterhouses during the year.
