68	Pork Luncheon Sausage	Contained meat 54%. Pork sausages of any kind should contain at least 65% of meat.	Manufacturer informed of the result of analysis and also of the coming into force in near future of regulations stipulating the minimum meat content for this type of sausage.
82	Beetroot, Bottled	Contained an artificial colouring matter, Red 10B, the presence of which was not disclosed in the statement of ingredients.	Manufacturer informed of infringement and requested to amend the label on the product to include the colouring referred to by the Public Analyst.
103 104 105 106 107 108	Instant Low-fat Milk, Skimmed	Each sample consisted of Dried Skimmed Milk and respectively contained-mois-ture 6.2%, 14.2%, 6.1%, 6.4%, 6.3% and 7.5%. By Regulation 4 of the Dried Milk Regulations, 1965, this article should not contain more than 5% of moisture. The solubility of each sample was respectively 99.8%, 75%, 99.9%, 99.6%, 99.7% and 99.8%. In the Public Analyst's opinion the solubility of 75% in respect of sample No. 104 was so low as to render it unsuitable for ordinary use.	Manufacturer informed of Public Analyst's findings and has surrendered the remainder of the stock from which samples were taken.
