beginning (78) reflects great credit on the Housing Committee, the
Housing Manager and his staff and our own case-workers who must
be praised for their part in the achievement.
More effective use was made of the rehabilitation accommodation
at 32 Charlton Road and several more families passed through the
unit compared with the previous years. This was largely the result
of a greater degree of case-worker supervision.
