730Pasteurised MilkContained fat 3.45% and solids-not-fat 8.25% corresponding to the presence of 2% of added water. The freezing point of — 0.525'C. confirmed the presumption of added water.Warning letter to Dealer. Further samples taken proved satisfactory.
