Council that this area was subject to flooding, agreement was reached as to
precautionary measures being taken and the original number of 10 movable
dwellings was reduced to 5 in order to exclude that part of the site which
was at the greatest risk.

provisions of Section 42 of the Town and Country Planning Act.
