General Provision of Health Services for the Area.
Public Health Staff.—The Personnel of the Department
is set out on pages 5, 6 and 7.
Sanitary Inspectors.—Mr. Boddy left early in the year on
taking up another appointment, whilst Messrs. Collier, Millway,
Lyons and Griffith were appointed to fill vacancies.
Health Visitors.—Mrs. Shepherd was transferred from the
Tuberculosis Section to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of
Miss Van Dyk and Miss Fluck was appointed as an additional
Health Visitor.
Scabies Clinic.—Mrs. C. Cullen took up duties in May upon
the retirement of Miss Rae.

Bacteriological Examinations.—The undermentioned specimens were submitted to the Seamen's Hospital Laboratory for bacteriological investigation, the results being:—
