SANITARY CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE AREA.
The work of the Sanitary Inspectors has again mainly
been directed to supervision of First Aid Repairs of houses damaged
due to enemy action. Special attention was given to sealing off
of drains on sites cleared of debris with a view to combating rat
infestation.
