Merchandise Marks Act, 1926, and Agricultural
Produce (Grading & Marking) Act, 1928.—The supervision of
shops, etc., has been regularly carried out by the Inspectors in
connection with the various Orders and Regulations dealing with
Currants, Sultanas, Raisins, Eggs, Oat Products, Honey; Tomatoes
and Cucumbers, Apples and Pears, Broccoli, Wheat Flour, Malt
Flour and Malt Extract, and Potatoes, with a view to seeing that
the requirements of the Acts have been duly complied with.
