(c) Regulations made under the Public Health (Regulations
as to Food) Act, 1907, and effective for certain purposes
of the Food and Drugs (Adulteration) Act, viz.:—
Public Health (Condensed Milk) Regulations, 1923
and 1927.
Public Health (Dried Milk) Regulations, 1923 and
1927.
Public Health (Preservatives, &c., in Food) Regulations,
1925 to 1927.
Most of the legal provisions cited above are administered
by Food and Drugs Authorities, and it is convenient thait they
should be treated for the purposes of administration and report
as constituting a single group of laws for securing the purity
of food.
