The practice of pre-cooking in some large canteens is one to
be deprecated. Investigation has shown that the risk of contamination
may be very great, and may be the cause of many cases of
Food Poisoning. This system of food preparation is discouraged in
communal canteens in the Borough whenever the occasion arises
to point out the dangers involved
