The biochemical investigations mainly involved the
estimation of:-
1. Serum Cholesterol.
2. Serum Uric Acid.
3. Serum acid & alkaline phosphatase.
4. Liver function tests.
Domiciliary visits by technician 17.
Blood Transfusion
The Council continued to co-operate with the North London Blood
Supply Centre of the National Blood Transfusion Service, by arranging
Blood Donation Sessions at the Health Centre. Three sessions were held
during the year at which 270 donors attended. 238 were bled and 32
rejected for various reasons.
