(b) Poultry Slaughterer. There is one poultry slaughtering establishment.
During the year 7,316 head of poultry were slaughtered.
(c) Shops and Stalls. The following Food Stalls are registered:—

Regular inspection is carried out, particularly at such times as
business is being actively carried on.
(d) Premises used for the preparation of sausages and preserved
meat or fish or other food. In respect of all applications for registration of such premises, and all places already registered, regular
inspection is made.
