Notes on Table I.
It will be noted that the number of persons on the Dispensary
Register on the 31st December, 1937 is 467, a slight decrease over
figure at end of 1936. The number of patients coming into the
Borough from other areas and of cases which had been lost
sight of and returned to the Register, being 41 as compared with
56 in the previous year. "Transfers to other areas "and "Cases
lost sight of" were 98 as compared with 123 in 1936. 63 deaths
of Dispensary patients occurred, compared with 51 in the previous
year.
