During the year, the Tanner's Hill Area (mentioned in last year's
Report as an Area with which the L.C.C. proposed to deal) was the
subject of a Clearance Order subsequently confirmed by the Minister
of Healh.
The L.C.C. also announced their intention to deal with areas to
be known as the Evelyn Street (Nos. 1 and 2) Areas the Grove Street
(Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6) Areas.
