3. (i) Failing to keep clean the cabinet used for storage of
bacon in first floor front room used as a food preparation
room.
(ii) Failing to keep clean and in efficient working order the
sanitary convenience regularly used in connection with
the food premises.
(iii) Failing to keep clean the floor of first floor front room
used as a food preparation room.

Food Hygiene (General) Regulations . 1960
Pursuing the policy of endeavouring to improve and maintain the
standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the numerous food shops and stalls in the
Borough, the Food Hygiene (General) Regulations of 1960 were extensively applied.
Seventy six notices under the Regulations were served in respect of the following
contraventions.
