(3) Milk Sampling
During 1960, 20 informal samples of milk were submitted to the Public
Analyst for examination, all of which were reported as genuine. In addition, 16
samples of heat treated milk were submitted to tests, the results of which are set
out in Table 7.

20 samples of milk were submitted to test for presence of chlorates as an
indication of the efficiency of bottle washing. All were found to be free from same.
