(3) Milk Sampling
During 1959, 9 informal samples of milk were submitted to the
Public Analyst for examination, all of which were reported as genuine.
In addition, 5 samples of heat treated milk were submitted to tests,
the results of which are set out in Table 7.

3 samples of milk were submitted to test for presence of chlorates
as an indication of the efficiency of bottle washing. All were found
to be free from same.
