During the year, legal proceedings were taken as follows:-
Public Health (London) Act, 1936
Establishing without consent of the sanitary authority an
offensive business, to wit, slaughtering of poultry.
Defendant was given a conditional discharge and £3.3s.Od. costs
were awarded to the Council.
