(i) Milk in Schools
The arrangements for sampling milk at London County Council
Schools continued without variation. A total of 40 samples were
submitted for examination, all of which satisfied the prescribed
tests with the exception of one sample which failed to pass the
Phosphatase test for heat treated milk.
(j) Milk at Nurseries
Three samples of milk submitted for examination passed the
necessary tests.
(k) Milk at London County Council Restaurant
One sample of milk submitted for examination passed the necessary
tests.
