Analyst for the Borough and Mr. H.A. Parkes, B.Sc., F.R.I.C., is
Deputy Public Analyst.
Out of a total of 391 samples (15 formal and 376 Informal)
examined by the Public Analyst during 1953, 4 of the Informal samples
were found to be adulterated.
