The service covering the Boroughs of Bethnal Green Poplar and Stepney has been divided into three districts, irrespective of Borough boundaries, and the statistics for each separate Borough are not available.
The northern district comprises the Borough of Bethnal Green minus the area east of the canal, plus two areas of the Borough of Stepney north of the east-west line—Whitechapel High Street—Whitechapel Road— Mile End Road.
