(e) Preservatives in Food.
All samples of food submitted to the Public Analyst are
examined as a routine measure for the presence of a preservative
and in the 335 cases so examined in no case was a preservative
found to be present.

A total of 361 visits to these premises were made during the
year and 13 notices were served in relation to unsatisfactory
conditions found to exist.
