(3) Milk Sampling.
Eighty-two formal samples and 43 informal samples of milk
were submitted to the Public Analyst for chemical examination, all
of which were reported to be genuine.
In addition 15 samples of heat-treated milk were dealt with,
details of which are given below.

(b) Meat and Other Foods.
During the year 2,019 visits were made by Inspectors to shops,
stalls and other premises where food is sold, prepared for sale or
stored. In this connection 115 notices were served in relation to
unsatisfactory conditions found to exist.
