DEATHS FROM MOTOR TRAFFIC.
Street accidents continue to cause unnecessary
deaths among residents. During the year 11
pedestrians, 2 motor cyclists and 3 motor drivers
were killed in this way, involving 10 vans or lorries,
3 private cars, 2 motor cycles, 1 tram and 1 bus.
Observation suggests that most of these accidents
are due to excessive speed.
