The means of preventing home accidents remains as outlined
last year's report. That is to say, efforts must be directed mainly towards
the education of the public, chiefly through the work of our Health
Visitors and Public Health Inspectors, as a part of their daily routing
duties in the field of health education. In addition, other statutory and
voluntary organisations are playing an important part.
