The milk fat content of the 19 samples of "Channel Island" or "South Devon" milk ranged as under:—

The one remaining sample of " Channel Island " milk, which was
reported to be 11 per cent, deficient in milk fat, was referred to
Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
Seventy-eight samples of ordinary milk were reported as genuine their average composition was as follows:—
