4. That negotiations be entered into with the London County
Council with a view to arranging for the treatment of minor
ailments of children up to the age of 5 years at the school
treatment centres.
5. That a copy of this report be forwarded to the Minister of
Health with an assurance that the needs of toddlers will receive
the continued attention of the Council.
