Scarlet Fever.
The incidence of scarlet fever was again lower in 1935, 417
cases being notified as compared with 616 in the previous year.
No death was registered from the disease.
In 54 other notified cases (not included in the above total)
the diagnosis of scarlet fever was not confirmed at hospital.
Of the cases notified 409 or 98.1 percent, were removed to
hospital. The infected houses numbered 361.
