Failing to make good properly the defective paving of yard at the same premises.	Fined £1.
Nuisances at 290 Battersea Park Road (defective plaster to walls of top back room; defective gutters and waste pipe at rear; defective and leaky roof of back addition; leaky water fittings; accumulation of stagnant water in water tank, &c.).	Orders to abate nuisances in 14 days. Costs £4 4s. Od.
