Legal Proceedings.
Legal proceedings in connection with nuisances, &c., were taken
by the Council in 37 cases during 1930. Particulars with regard
to each case are set out below.
Legal Proceedings under the Public Health (London) Act, 1891.

| Neglect to maintain in proper con-dition of repair the dust receptacle at 48 Havelock Terrace | Fined 10s. and £2 2s. 0d. costs. |
