Section 21(1)(4) NationalAssistarfce Act,, 1948
If suitable accommodation is not available from the Borough's resources, or a resident seeks accommodation in a particular home belonging to another local authority, co-operation between the Borough and other local authorities secur residential care for the applicant. The number of persons assisted in this way during the year is shown in the followin table:-
