PARTIALLY-SIGHTED PERSONS
The register of partially-sighted persons (Table 1) shows a total of 113; of these
19 were newly registered during the year. An analysis of the causes of partial-sight of the
newly registered is shown in Table IV following.
TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT
(a) SEVERELY HANDICAPPED:
Thereare 43 persons near and prospectively blind who require the full range of welfare services. Their circumstances are as follows:-
