INSPECTION OF FOOD AND FOOD PREMISES.
This is extremely important for the health of
the inhabitants. The inspections are made for
many reasons but principally (1) to ensure that
articles of food or food animals are sound, wholesome,
free from disease and fit for the food of man: (2)
that the premises are in good sanitary condition
and clean, and (3) that the persons engaged in food
