INSPECTION OF FOOD AND FOOD PREMISES.
This is extremely important for the health of
the inhabitants. The inspections are made for
many reasons but principally (1) to ensure that
articles of food or food animals are sound, wholesome,
free from disease and fit for the food of man: (2)
that the premises are in good sanitary condition

occupations are clean in their persons and free from
disease and that they carry out their duties in a
hygienic and wholesome manner.
