Prevention of Blindness.
(Blind Persons Act, 1920).
The London County Council are responsible
for the administration of this Act the main objects
of which are the prevention of blindness and the
care of blind persons. The co-operation of the
Metropolitan Borough Councils is part of the
London County Council's scheme for the Welfare
of Blind Persons.
