Pharmacy and Poisons Act, 1933.
On 20th November, 1933, I submitted a report
to the Public Health Committee which will be found
in the Council's Minutes of 29th November, 1933.
The Act received the Royal Assent on 28th
June, 1933, and will come into operation on a
date to be fixed by Order in Council.
It is divided into three parts :
Part 1. deals with the Control of Pharmacy.
Part II. deals with the Control of Poisons, and
Part III. contains miscellaneous provisions necessary for the
enforcement of the first two parts of the Act.
Part I. Sections 1—14—Pharmacy,
This part is to be enforced by the Pharmaceutical
Society of Great Britain.
