OFFICES, SHOPS AND RAILWAY PREMISES ACT, 1963
The Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act, 1963, makes provision
for the safety, health and welfare of people employed in these premises,
Certain sections of the Act, including the requirement to register
premises, came into force on the 1st May this year, and most of the main
provisions on the 1st August,
Set out below is a brief summary of the number of premises
registered, inspected and notices served etc,
