offences were not repeated. As is customary, a section of this Report
is devoted to the work of the Public Analyst.
I should like to record my appreciation of the support received
from the Chairman of the Public Health and Baths Committee, and other
members of the Council. I also gratefully acknowledge the friendly
co-operation extended to me by the Town Clerk and Chief Officers of other
departments. To all the members of the Public Health Department I extend
my sincere thanks for their loyalty during the year.
