INFANT MORTALITY.
There were 9 deaths of infants under one year of age in Chelsea during
the year. The infant mortality rate (deaths under 1 year per 1,000 live
births) was 38 as compared with 4.0 in the previous year.
In London as a whole the rate of infant mortality was faS per 1,000
live births.
