The engineer's mess-room was immediately opposite the hospital
where the patient was isolated.
The London Port Sanitary Authority was immediately communicated
with as the "Arundel Castle" was to sail again on the 17th
November.
Mr. Hitchins, the vaccination officer, has kindly furnished me with
the following statistics, which are copied from those forwarded to the
Local Government Board:—
