Thames Police Court to show cause why the orders made on 9th
December, 1897 and 29th April, 1898, respectively, closing the
premises Nos. 14, 16 and 24 Broomfield Street as unfit for human
habitation, should not be rescinded. On your visiting the premises,
you found that the works necessary to render the premises fit for
human habitation had been executed to your satisfaction. I therefore,

owner's application, informed the Magistrate there was no opposition,
as the premises had been put into a sanitary and habitable condition.
The orders were consequently rescinded.

vendor previously cautioned when last sample was
obtained, which was found to be adulterated with

over parcels in conformity with Margarine Act.
Vendor fined £1, with £1 3s. costs.
Butter ... Margarine containing 1 percent. of butter(same vendor
as above) proceedings taken under Margarine Act.
Sample served in labelled wrapper, taken from
parcel on which there was no statute label displayed.
