CUSTOMS AND INLAND HE VENUE ACTS.
During 1899, Certificates (carrying exemption from or
abatement of Inhabited House Duty) have been applied for
in connection with 207 tenements, and of these 53 have
been granted unconditionally, 85 have been granted conditionally,
whilst in 69 the Certificates have been refused.
