DISTRICT INSPECTORS WORK.
The fourteen district inspectors made a total of 56,211 inspections and calls
during the year, a decrease of 1,718 inspections on the corresponding period of
1925; while 14,299 improvements were effected in 6,155 premises; as against
15,192 improvements in 6,635 premises for the preceding year.
