Nature of Offence or Claim.Result of Proceedings.
Failure to have name and address of landlord and of Medical Officer of Health in rent book of 218a Queens RoadFined 2s. 6d.
For determination of leases of 171 Ingrave Street on failure by one of the defendants to comply with the Council's notice to repair the premises. (Council joined as defendants.)The other defendants having handed over to the plaintiffs the deeds relating to the property, and the plaintiffs having complied with the Council's notice, order made by consent in terms of claim and for the other defendants to pay the plaintiffs' costs, including those of the Council, which were to be paid by the plaintiffs in the first instance.
Possession of the premises, 229 York Road, and mesne profits at 14s. 2d. per week from 21st February, 1927Order in terms of claim, but to be suspended for two months.
Default in payment of £28 4s. 6d., arrears due under an Order of the Council, dated 23rd July, 1924, for work done by them at 27 Darien RoadDebt and 3s., cost of summons, having been paid before hearing case withdrawn.
Possession of the premises, 16 Field Place, and arrears of rent and mesne profitsJudgment for the Council (with costs) for £10 1s. 10d., and for possession to be given in twenty-eight days, to be suspended to 31st December, 1927 (but no longer) if current rent of 8s. 9d. a week be paid and 1s. 3d. a week off the arrears.
Possession of two rooms, at 16 Britannia PlaceOrder made for possession to be given within twenty-eight days.
